Against the backdrop of the continuously growing global awareness of intellectual property protection, representatives from SinoFaith were invited to participate in the Vietnam Customs Training on June 18th. This event presented a critical opportunity for strengthening international cooperation in intellectual property protection and expanding our business territory, which also generated a positive and far-reaching impact within the industry.
越南海关局海关监督与管理司副司长Nguyen Anh Tai先生发表开幕致辞。其发言从理论与实践结合的维度，系统阐释了越南海关在知识产权保护体系中的战略定位、政策框架及实施路径。随后，海关第十六区代表围绕区域知识产权保护工作开展专题报告。作为与柬埔寨毗邻的重要边境区域，其系统梳理了边境管控工作中的典型案例、知识产权侵权案件统计数据、2024年度执法行动成果等量化信息，并基于风险管理理论，提出了2025年度知识产权侵权货物扣押协作机制建设方案。报告通过详实的数据支撑与严密的逻辑论证，不仅揭示了边境知识产权保护的现实困境与挑战，更为构建跨国协同治理模式提供了重要参考依据。
His speech systematically elucidated the strategic positioning, policy framework, and implementation pathways of the Vietnam Customs within the intellectual property protection system from the perspective of integrating theory with practice. Subsequently, representatives from the 16th Customs Zone conducted a special report on regional intellectual property protection work. As an important border area adjacent to Cambodia, Mr. Nguyen’s speech systematically sorted out quantitative information such as typical cases in border control work, gave the statistical data of intellectual property infringement cases, and presented the achievements of law enforcement actions in 2024. Based on the theory of risk management, they proposed a construction plan for the collaborative mechanism for the seizure of goods with intellectual property infringement in 2025. Through detailed data support and rigorous logical reasoning, the report not only revealed the practical dilemmas and challenges of border intellectual property protection but also provided important references for the establishment of a transnational collaborative governance model.

During the training, the session on the dynamics of brand owners and the services of professional institutions attracted extensive attention. As one of the service institutions deeply engaged in the field of intellectual property protection, SinoFaith, entrusted by an internationally renowned brand, systematically introduced to the law enforcement officers of the Vietnam Customs the product features, anti-counterfeiting technologies, and key points for identifying counterfeits of the brand's products. Through the analysis of typical cases and practical demonstrations, we helped the customs officers improve their inspection capabilities and authenticity identification levels for the brand's products, ensuring stronger protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the brand's products at Vietnamese ports. This professional sharing not only received positive feedback from the participating customs officials and industry colleagues but also effectively enhanced the law enforcement efficiency of the Vietnam Customs in intellectual property protection, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent deepening of practical cooperation with Vietnam and the South-Central Asian region, and creating favorable conditions for our company to further expand into the South-Central Asian market.

Intellectual property owners from various industries, including electronics, sports, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, power tools, accessories, and fashion, presented wonderful showcases during the training. They shared their experiences and challenges in intellectual property protection, and the collision of diverse perspectives from different industries inspired discussions on new methods and ideas for intellectual property protection. As an important participant, our company set up a booth on-site, displaying brand products and conducting authenticity identification training. By comparing the differences in process details, anti-counterfeiting marks, and packaging materials between genuine and counterfeit products, and combining professional explanations with practical demonstrations, we imparted identification techniques in a simple and understandable way. The police officers participating in the training received on-site demonstrations and learned how to inspect and distinguish between genuine and counterfeit products through the goods brought by brand representatives. This interaction training session not only enhanced the professional skills of the participants but also intuitively demonstrated the importance and complexity of intellectual property protection work in real-world scenarios.
在热烈的氛围中，与会代表、律师和海关官员之间展开了小组讨论和问答环节。各方畅所欲言，围绕知识产权保护中的热点问题、跨境合作难点等展开深入交流。新诤信代表凭借丰富的行业经验与专业知识，积极参与讨论，提出的诸多意见引发广泛共鸣，进一步提升了我司在国际知识产权保护领域的影响力。培训间隙，新诤信代表还与部分越南海关官员及行业伙伴进行了一对一交流，就建立长期信息共享机制、简化跨境维权流程等议题交换意见，双方均表达了进一步深化合作的强烈意愿，为后续合作埋下了希望的种子。
In a warm atmosphere, panel discussions and Q&A sessions were held among the participating representatives, lawyers, and customs officials. All participants freely expressed their opinions and conducted in-depth exchanges on hot issues in intellectual property protection and difficulties in cross-border cooperation. With rich industry experience and professional knowledge, our company's representatives actively participated in the discussions, and many of the suggestions put forward resonated widely, further enhancing our company's influence in the international field of intellectual property protection. During breaks in the training, SinoFaith's representatives also had one-on-one exchanges with some Vietnamese customs officials and industry partners, exchanging views on issues such as the establishment of a long-term information sharing mechanism and the simplification of cross-border rights protection processes. Both parties expressed a strong willingness to further deepen cooperation, sowing the seeds of hope for future collaboration.
短暂的午餐交流后，下午13:30至16:00，全体人员实地访问莫白海关港口。在实地考察过程中，大家近距离了解了海关在进出口货物查验、知识产权保护执行等方面的实际操作流程，对中南亚地区知识产权保护的实际环境有了更为直观的认识，也为新诤信后续制定更贴合区域需求的服务方案提供了第一手资料。活动最后，全体与会人员拍摄了集体照，定格这一具有重要意义的时刻。
After a brief lunchtime exchange, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, all participants conducted an on-site visit to the Moc Bai Customs Port. During the on-site inspection, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the actual operation processes of the customs in the inspection of import and export goods and the enforcement of intellectual property protection, obtaining a more intuitive understanding of the actual environment of intellectual property protection in the South-Central Asian region. This also provided first-hand information for our company to formulate service plans that are more tailored to regional needs in the future. At the end of the event, all participants took a group photo to capture this significant moment.
